Enhanced Job Placement Services

This program offers each Job Seeker an opportunity to meet with one of our Employment Specialist(s) to determine their employment needs and design an employment plan tailored to meet their career goals. Through individual appointments, Job Seekers receive support and assistance to prepare for, secure, and maintain employment.

  • Job Search Planning Information

  • Resumes/Cover Letter Development

  • Interview Strategies

  • Informational Interviews

  • Self Marketing

  • On-site skill training

  • Accessing the Hidden Job Market/Networking

  • Contacting Employers

  • Specialized Support

  • Access to computers, fax machine, Job Board and much more
Job Crisis Support

An extension of this program is also available to employees who are already working but are experiencing difficulties on the worksite. An Employment Specialist is available to provide direct supports to you and your employer at your work site to ensure positive employment growth i.e.: direct coaching for skill enhancement.
