What We Offer The Employer E.P.S.S. has a proven record of assisting employers in a full range of recruitment and human resources development services. We are a not-for-profit organization that is able to offer our services to both the employers and the job seekers at no cost. What We Can Do For You: Post your employment opportunities on our in-house job board - viewed by over 2000 job seekers each year. Assist with pre-screening of candidates to ensure you interview qualified applicants who want to work for you and fax or deliver resumes of qualified candidates. Offer our classroom area for you to "showcase" your company to potential employees through group presentations or to hold private interviews in one of our office spaces. Conduct presentations at your site regarding a variety of employment related topics. Participant training options to assist employers, such as: Exposure Courses (short duration training to assist meeting mandatory requirements for a specific job, i.e.: Standard First Aid & CPR and H2S.); On-Site Skill Training (funding for specific training that would be necessary to be taught on-site - i.e.: job site specific computer software); and Job Coaching (short-term, direct assistance from one of our staff to provided the new employee with assistance to develop learning strategies, learn job specific information or enhance coping skills in the workplace). Supports available for your existing employees - Employment Specialists can provide direct supports to you and your employees at your work site to ensure positive employment growth i.e.: direct coaching to assist an employee to learn tasks.
