Who Is EPSS? Employment Placement and Support Services (E.P.S.S.) is a not-for-profit agency that matches unemployed Albertans with businesses looking for skilled employees. Since our inception in 1986, we have demonstrated an extensive history in providing high quality, Client focused employment preparation and placement services. Our services are provided to all individuals aged 18 years and over. We have an innovative professional staff that has been successfully assisting job seekers return to work. A volunteer board of directors representing the community governs E.P.S.S. We are an accredited human service agency through the Alberta Council of Disability Services (ACDS) - "Creating Excellence Together". E.P.S.S. is a division of Specialized Training Employment and Placement Society of Red Deer. Our contracts come from a variety of funders including, Alberta Employment and Immigration (AE&I), Persons with Developmental Disabilities, Central Alberta Community Board (PDD), Alberta Seniors and Community Supports (AISH) and Service Canada (SC).
