EPSS is your job search support centre with real people and real services. We believe in you and have created programs and support that will help.
We recognize the personal and community value achieved by contributing individuals; we seek to support and empower the unemployed and underemployed to achieve their goals. Our trained and qualified Employment Specialists work in tandem with individuals to best propel them to success in their community involvement, employment and personal development. Some of the supports offered by EPSS include: one on one consultation, career planning, employment training, job coaching, small business training, resume development, supported job search and labour market information.
Inclusive Community Employment Program
This assists participants in improved employment opportunities, enhanced work satisfaction, and building and maintaining effective work and personal relationships. It is the belief of EPSS that assisting individuals with disabilities to integrate into the workplace and the community, as well as providing guidance and strategies to achieve their employment goals, is best achieved through the development of personal interests, skills and strengths.
