Employment Innovation Project
Who can participate?
The Employment Innovation Project (EIP) is open to individuals who are not employed to their full potential or have a sporadic work history because they are experiencing mental health issues, Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), physical disability, brain injury, dual diagnosis (developmental delay and experiencing mental illness) as well as individuals with severe learning disabilities.
Outreach Connector Services
Outreach services will be available to all participants within their home community to assist individuals in obtaining and/or preparing for employment.
Individuals may also receive assistance to increase their involvement in meaningful activities that allow them to participate fully in their community.
Service Area
EIP is offered throughout the Red Deer trading area; south to Innisfail and Olds; west to Sylvan Lake, Rocky Mountain House and Sundre; north to Blackfalds, Lacombe, Rimbey, and Ponoka.
